Can you verify that the CEO called and spoke with FINRA?
Or is it just something the our the CEO (under investigation for fraud) said?

That's not what the Finra employee that interviewed Parilla told him Friday when he called him. He didn't even know FRTD was halted, and the SEC employee was stunned to hear Parilla already spoke to Finra and was all cleared. This is a typical Gov't mess like always,
and it's the investors that suffer the most.
