in my experience of marijuana stocks that are halted, no matter what they do not trade anywhere near the level they once did before the SEC halt so I'm wary about buying after if and when this dips to sub penny territory. I know the CEO says that the merger deal is still on for the 30th but who even knows if the securities will be open for trading during that time. I've seen other halts take 2-3 sometimes even 4 weeks before trading resumes and then market makers don't want to quote them anymore.

Anyone wanting to trade securities after they halt needs a level 2 screen to see what they can buy and at what price, regular brokerage accounts do not quote sizes or names of market makers after halts imo
