Not only is FRTD not currently an SEC registrant, they once were. But deregistered in 2011. Only 1 reason why a currently operating company that is accessing the public market would deregister - they want to hide their scamming from the direct eyes of the SEC.
That is even more of a red flag than just being a non-reporting pink sheet POS.
