PEII will never see .002 again without a R/S. IMHO.... Out of control dilution at the lowest pps tells the whole story here! Floyd has NO concern at what pps he dilutes!!!!As long as he knows he can dilute 15 BILLION shares even at .0001 the pps will go no where without a REVERSE SPLIT!!!!! Which I suspect is coming in the next few weeks or so!!!!! Even if they get 50 BOD from Simon lease (which is doubtful) the pps won't budge past .0005 with an estimated 6-7 BILLION O/S by that time! It's a NO win situation right now for current shareholders, But Floyd is winning every day at your expense!!!!!
