No they don't. MM's do not paint up with 1,000 and 10,000 share trades. They paint down if they are short and want to cover. These are desperate shareholders that don't want the investing public to see a chart with all .0001's. Almost NO shares traded at .0002 today. PRPM closed at .0001 for all purposes. That last trade after the 20 mil .0001 dump was mere paint. A $2 purchase to manipulate the chart, nothing more.
Out of ALL of today's trades, only 313,000 shares traded at .0002 vs 50,750,000 traded at .0001 (Look at them):
