http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=9631340 as OTC pulls their data from Edgar, the SEC's filing system proves otherwise @ least in part, how was it phrased?

The SEC is not biased nor has any agenda



calendar knowledge clearly shows this date November 21, 2013 was 316,658,806. to be prior to this
