Yeah, IMO this time you guys in No.Calif. will get it worse than we in So.Calif., if only because our local economy reinvented itself after the '89 crash, and is now more secure, whereas up there you are very dependent on the tech industry, and already fell upon hard times while we are still prospering down here. Don't know how long that will last, however.

Many people expect prices to stop climbing and stabilize, but personally I expect to see prices drop, having seen what happened in '89 which was only a local problem rather than national as it is now.
