by checking filings any & all can see (that can not be possible) just how many new shares have entered the O/S & how many have been set aside to cover upcoming conversions. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SVFC/filings but the below may help explain as Again thanks to Ihub archives & kept folders it can be shown that the correct info had been previously known & discussed by wink while the info in question was not, obviously.

The number of outstanding shares of the Registrant’s Common Stock, $0.0001 par value, at May 9, 2014 was 2,230,314,377.

the fact that it cost/took (shareholders/company) over 100M+ shares just to settle Hanover's debt (discussed for many many months publicly & filed publicly) http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SVFC/filings I find it quite (now what is that word I am looking for) when a link that is & has been knowingly incorrect (aka containing the wrong information) for many many months now, especially after the recently Late filed 10K contains the correct information, well might be cited.

just to set the record straight & w/ the correct information/share structure (well as of May 9, 2014) as I gladly leave it to the investing public to decide WHY the record needed to be set straight
