"Bounce Play" was called when QASP was .0034, anyone who bought in that range on the promises of VERIFIABLE signed/closed deals has seen their investment crash about 76% since April. Get out of this while it is still possible.

For months, the only source for saying that these deals were done or signed has been from Quasar Aerospace and Donnell Vigil. The only thing even remotely verifiable has been that they formed a subsidiary shell in Colorado called Green Energy Investments, but since then, the PRs have always been "deal coming soon," "closing soon," "preparing for closing," and now we're hearing that a deal has been "inked and signed" with no independent verification.

Even if these deals close, and at this point in time based on QASP's historical pattern of behavior, that is a BIG IF, they would have done it by not paying their flight instructors their wages, which were promised to them via contract. Chuck Todd is still owed backpay, so much so that he and another flight instructor quit at the CO A-Cent Aviation flight school both because of the non-payment of wages and because of the lack of operational support from the Corporate management in Florida. A-Cent Aviation in Colorado had their part 141 certification REVOKED by the feds in January.

An airplane dealer named Falcon Aircraft Inc, is now located at the old A-Cent Aviation school address in Colorado. William Cirmo, the Florida Atlantic Aviation flight school's flight instructor is still owed backpay as well.
