At last report, there were all of 62,551 shares short. At 2 cents, that was $1251 at risk, and was most likely a failure to deliver, not a short position.
Claiming shorts in a 2 cent stock is ridiculous. Try pointing the finger at management and their almost certainly bogus "buyout".
