I do not think the things I have, or plan on, complaining about to the SEC, will affect the SHAREHOLDERS of APT in any way.

I have been questioning these "trade payables" agreements for years...
No action there...yet!
I've been questioning things Schissler did in CBAI for years...
(like the fact that there was no 8K after CBAI's IronRidge "deal"; which was a material event, and a legal proceeding)
He did suddenly "resign" from CBAI after 2 teleconferences with the SEC...
I tried to get the transcripts of those calls...
was TOLD they was nothing "available".
"Available" is different than nothing existing...

I just keep WAITING.
Funny the bits of information that trickle out years later...
