600 drivers go with retirement every year at YRWC on a total of 24.000 drivers, so to hire 600 new drivers a year is a very natural yearly returning and common practice for YRCW.

Theft and fire all possible, are the vehicles not insured for fire and theft? All possible.........How many trucks were stolen last year ?

I don't know if your projections will result in that big lost as you predict to the profit. I hope YRCW's savings will do what they have to do and will give us the desperate needed profit for Q2.

Good, experienced and reliable drivers are available in huge numbers in Western Europe where East European drivers have taken over. The YRCW driver recruiters should focus on Europe and bring them to the US for a few years to help out as there are no jobs in Europe at the moment. Europe can help the US out ! It is a win win situation for both. Can we fix it ? YES WE CAN.
