FROZ founder Matthew Schissler has a Wikipedia page

It was created Nov 15, 2013. Here's what it says about FROZ:

Frozen Food Gift Group

In 2009, Schissler founded the Frozen Food Gift Group, serving as an independent chairman of the board. A development stage company, they sell ice cream and related frozen products on the Internet. The company sells ice cream and ice cream cakes online through its site, Sendascoop.com. In 2010, it was announced that Frozen Food Gift Group had secured $4.8 million in equity financing. In February of 2013, the company purchased the Miami Ice Machine Company, a refrigeration equipment provider, for $880,000 in restricted stock. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matthew_Schissler

Here's where things get a bit shady. On April 28, 2014 a contributor named "Thetruthspeaker14" showed up and deleted the following entry:

Controversy

Schissler was accused of selling stock "under a scheme that could be perceived as cloak and dagger" while serving as CEO of Cord Blood America. Between 2005 and 2006, his wife and he disposed of 3 Million shares. Over a five-year period, Cord Blood America's float soared from 40 Million to 6 Billion. http://www.pumpsanddumps.com/2011/04/investment-killed-in-cord-blood-cbai.html?m=1

"Thetruthspeaker14" also created a Wikipedia page for American Performance Technologies 3 days earlier (April 25, 2014 06:35) and is responsible for all of the content (Note: the page is in danger of deletion for the reasons stated in the boxes at the top):

For some reason this "Thetruthspeaker14" person is attempting to sanitize the history of Schissler.
