No it hasn't. Shareholders of record as of 4pm tomorrow. The special shareholders mtg isn't until 2 weeks from now though. We wouldn't see any drop that you are suggesting before then but we may see a lot of upside movement in the meantime. There are some things that the company may announce pre-merger. Inventergy is making moves and they won't wait until the merger to let people know about them. Just my .02 from watching them so far.
