Remember Debbie... there already is a well! The initial soundstages will not need the extra water.. The WELL is being dug to accommodate all the ONSITE HOUSING and the huge WATER TANK for filming underwater scenes that Medient will have onsite and have to fill from time to time...

There is plenty of water NOW for initial construction... The drilling of the well signals the approval of Effingham County to commit funds for the project..
