PBHG smoke and mirrors here. On May 14th Vakser signed off on the latest financials as the president and director. Nowhere in the latest PR does it state he has given up those positions nor does the PR state what happened to all of his shares.
If you believe Vakser is no longer involved here you are sadly mistaken. His sister and brother in law , the Tassans are still major shareholders here as well.
