FRTD more missed deadlines !! On the 19th we were supposed to get news around shareholder cc, not a word from the company. on the 20th Q was due ( deadline set by the ceo as per his extension request filed with pink sheets) No Q !!. after listening to the radio interview a couple of times it sounds to me that Primarq is a dead deal. if you needed to perform due diligence before you closed the deal, why would the company not have done that before they announced the deal! what is up with nasarcap, smart workout and bigtime, all old deals still not closed as far as shareholders can tell. CC with ceo where shareholders can ask pointed questions is very much needed. the company is looking very unorganized. they set the goal post and then keep moving it.
