The same thing happened that happens (almost) every time they do a Rights Offering : Share price drops 15 %
So 15 % drop from about 5.30 = $ 4.50 .
People who bought CFP around late May 2012 at the "right" price would have done actually very well, would have had over 40 % or more profits re-investing the dividend, up until a few weeks ago...
