One thing to know, though, is that CEO Stuart Rose guided for slightly better earnings this qtr than last (Q4), and earnings will be reported sometime mid- or late next week. That's going to increase the trailing 12-mo EPS up into the 5.90s area. As more stock sites show this (within 1-2 weeks after earnings report #s are posted), REX will show an even lower P/E and attract more buyers. Just saying....
As for why I think markets (and smallcaps) are going back up--it is that stocks and cash are really still the place to put money. The bond market is in a bubble, according to most of the bond experts. Real estate isn't liquid enough. The recent market pullback from highs and much bigger correction for smallcaps allows more money to come in from sidelines and buy.
No serious stockmarket expert right now thinks stocks are in a "bubble." A tad expensive, but not bubble territory.
This bull mkt still has a year or two to run.
