I once again just contacted IR. They agree with us totally. I told Joshua to contact USTC mgnt and tell Jeff That he as got to communicate with us, other wise he will be force to do so. I told IR that they should want to know, if they are dealing with a fraudulent company, if this is a scam it will affect their business as well because they are being used as a tool to lore investors in. He agreed with me. He assured me that they are not with holding information from us. I advise him that he should want more info because they are listed as an information base for investors. They need to make sure that USTC are being up front with them other wise Pacific Equity USA will get a bad rep, not to mention they look extremely unprofessional having no answers to our question. After all, they are IR. They should be contacting me before the day is out. My question is , is the company diluting this. We also need a short report. We can obtained that from OTCmarket.com.
