I called effingham county again and spoke with the IDA. Construction is not beginning this week or next. Not that they know of anyhow. The gentleman stated construction is suppose to begin later this year. So.... Looks like we're just going to have to wait. I asked if its definitely happening and his words were " it's supposed to" lol. They're waiting for all the contractual agreements to be in place. They sound like they have no idea what's going on and they live right there. Haha oh jeeze
