One should begin to concern ones self with who signed each board resolution issuing shares since Sept of 2008. Also of concern, what exemption was used. Right now, Ms. Vigil needs to pay attention to the Securities Act of 1933 and figure out really quickly where she and the rest of the BoD is messing up before someone else does.
