Highly doubtful. Those shareholders were private and not retail. For those that did buy open mkt Fall 2013 in the $0.25 to $0.35 RANGE the ROI is 300% to 200%. It would be a shareholder that would be praising $ONCS at every opportunity and certainly not a skeptic.
