I'm guessing Adler is/was there. Nothing like doing what you love as part of a charity function, especially when penny stock investors foot the bill while "critical steps" are needed to keep the company afloat (i.e. loans from competitors, can't even pay for promised marketing).

How low will they go? And the stock price too?
