I’m sorry you see the need to be curt and feel so defensive (with the two of me?), but I do think your response to me was a little overboard. I would add that if you do not want public debates then it is incumbent on you to keep your posts private. Indeed, if you were unclear as to what I was asking, you could have done exactly that.
Now that I have (hopefully) clarified the substance of my original question, would you mind answering it? I’ll accept a private response from you if that would suit you better.
