Jimmy, does it really matter how great a beverage is?

Look at Monster, 5 hour energy, and all those sugar filled energy drinks on the market. Lots of them very successful.

Hell, Monster went from almost nothing to over $60 a share. Not because it is great drink, all that caffeine will kill you and has killed several people. It can be deadly! We all know that!

These crappy sugar loaded, caffeine loaded energy drinks are successful because of 4 basic things.
1. Outstanding management of the company
2. Sufficient supply of the product available for distribution
3. Outstanding marketing contributing to public awareness.
4. Outstanding distribution networks to get the products into the hands of the public.

These four things are responsible for over 90% of the success of the above mentioned not so great products.

AS far as we know, TBEV only has #3, an outstanding distribution network ready to rock and roll.

However, without #1 and #2,and #4 this beverage isn't going to get off the ground.
