"What's the mindset of funds putting $5 SP min to invest in a company?"
I dont know. I don't run them. BUt I do know that a lot of Brkerages consider stocks under $2.00 too speculative for investment and don't reccomend them. I have to sign a release from my broker stating that the sale was not solicited by them if I buy a stock un der $2. Over the net you can buy anything.
She also tells me that it has to get over $5 for big instutions and funds to invest. It is in their prospectus thta they don't invest in speculative stocks.
