I'm not surprised at all......

I wanted the Form 10 to be filed BEFORE CANNES....but wishing, or hoping didn't work.

Financial results will ALWAYS trump forecasts or projections, especially with pinksheets. If the business model works, the pps will be fine eventually. That's my opinion, and the reason I don't get too excited about minute by minute trading.

When most pinks run on pumped up news, most if not always they retreat to former levels.
