Don't beat yourself up too bad - they were ripping everyone off in my opinion, for a long time. The truth has been published in the 10Q. There is no more discussion. This was a death spiral in progress and investors were the last to know. Now they are ejecting from the cockpit, folding up tents, and getting out of dodge. In 5 years no one is going to know where CEO Sterling even is because he will be enjoying his millions of dollars made off the backs of investors. So cruel.
And how is the excuse of derivative liability going to help GrowLife secure funding? They are screwed. And, by the way, I am holding PHOT long and I am one of the investors getting royally screwed.
However, I will chalk it up to a one-time hard knock lesson of playing with high risk OTC penny stocks. It will never happen again.
I fully admit, up until today, I was irrationally hoping for some kind of miracle...until this latest 10-Q.
At least I know better than to keep rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. There is no way I will be able to sell off my shares...so I will face reality like a man, and go down with this ship while keeping a sense of honor, and a whole lot of forced humor.
