With all due respect to Dew, I do not think he is the best person to ask about cosmetic surgery. I somehow doubt that Dew ever gave more than a few seconds consideration to such procedures for himself in order to decelerate other people's perception of his aging process.

OTOH, I am definitely a person to ask. Given that I know nothing about the scientific issues involved, and that is the big enchilada, if the thing works, yes it will definitely cut into Botox sales as are a number of current and prospective wrinkle treatments entering the market place. No cosmetic surgeon would suggest not using the product in case h/his surgery turns out badly. Certainly they will have other excuses that will sound good to the patient. But, believe me, this is definitely a word of mouth business. And most women that I know know every product that comes out and its pros and cons. They will prefer a more lasting solution, all other things being equal and they will know the bs. the surgeon offering the product will get the business.
