Going Concern Clauses mean EXACTLY what they say. They aren't just "legalese" or boiler plate as some penny pumpers suggest. Plenty of small cap stocks, even startups, don't have GCs. With some scammy outfits that clause is about the ONLY ACCURATE PARAGRAPH in the whole filing.

Joev2 says "The going concern clause means little."
