A couple of nice news articles so far (out of the Media meeting with Medient this morning). I'm glad both "Variety" and "Hollywood Reporter" attended this morning. They are two of the biggest media outlets in the film trade!

Although both articles have a lot of the same information, they each have information that the other doesn't have.

One of the things I liked to see, was Manu saying the Studioplex was going to be a "full service rental" (in Hollywood Reporter article). That's the message that needs to be spread across the industry. Filmmakers can come make their films at a full service studio and benefit from the Georgia tax benefits. We just need to get that first studio built. According to the "Variety" article, they will start construction next week and still plan on having complete by the end of the year!
