plz tell me one national ad, that uses another company's name in it. it is not done...Ford does not waste precious time comparing itself to GM. Budweiser does not compare itself to Heineken. it is not done because the use of another company's name confuses the public. it is not done by any top advertising agencies. they DO quickly say generically,,,,they are THE BEST..of all, better, easier, etc etc.
the next national ads should not be using an old outdated, meaningless comparison to 'yellow pages' which have zero impact on most people who you are trying to influence to use the directory. which also..is a 'old' and dated. seek n find.....will be something that is clear, catchy, rolls off the tongue, and memorable. im afraid the ad team is thinking inside a 'old box'...and not up-to-date with the new,,fast generations who are computer savvy. like i said,,it seems your campaign is for just old people. this company will 'fly' attracting the crowds that are young....not old.
like i asked...name just ONE...national company that uses another company's brand name in their ad....just one. you guys have to rethink your ads.
