The dilution does not depend on CPUS. It ends when Floyd decides he doesn't want any more money, which is probably never. Floyd has rights to PUT shares to CPUS and they pay him 70% of their value. They then turn right around and sell them for retail, and make money, almost regardless of what the price is. At some point though, they should decide to pay for a pump to get the price up.
