salary is the compensation, selling shares at every spike before things have been accomplished is different.
i was all for vringo and supported the moves they made and continue to make. officers of this company should atleast raise or change the price in which shares are sold. make it 7 why 4.25? but they have become greedy. i saw the transition take place from humble business men, become bankers.
i am not saying that they dont care about the shareholders, but the actions they have done speak volumes while they remain dead quite.
