Exactly... of course dissolution is always an option but it's crazy to think that after pulling off a transaction of this magnitude that now is the perfect time for the company to pack up shop and go away. I would actually be thinking the opposite would be in order.

How many companies do we flip has a "GOING CONCERN" disclosure in their regular filings? Try most if not all of them! Guess I better hurry and get out of those too!
