You are correct. QASP trades on the "greater fool" principle. Peeps buy foolishly, hoping that someone who is a bigger fool will pay more for the worthless shares before they get RS'd into oblivion again.
I'm waiting to see how many shares this new subsidiary issues, and who benefits from them. I'm certain it won't be the common QASP shareholders.
I see VNDM is back on the ask. More distribution to retail....
