The proof that Mr. Brumfield did ALL he could do to avoid the BK was clearly stated for ALL to read.

Huh? Having you state it dosen't make it "Proof". Have you got any documents? Emails? Didn't think so.

He personally visited with ALL 19 note holders.

Sure he did , got any Proof? Of course not.

Mr. Brumfield showed exactly how smart he is by visiting with council before the expiration date, of the note holders, so that he would KNOW what could happen to the company, and what his options were.

We know this because have seen the court paper work proving the point that a bankruptcy was planned. No one thinks bumfield is smart, again the proof to this is in his educational resume he himself posts on the dead cdex web site. Oh and his own personal failures in business are also a really big clue.

How so? It is what it is. Again filings from cdex with McCommon's name on it prove who, what, where, when.

There were THREE who said NO, those THREE triggered the BK. And when the demand letters showed up, Cdex had to go Chapter 7 or 11.

The fact that three filed demand letters is history. The filing of bankruptcy was initiated by bumfield and McCommon, court records prove that. Demand letters don't trigger a bankruptcy, in fact they are really only necessary when one is dealing with deadbeats like bumfield.
