I just think they are stringing this JV stuff along too much.....One PR when the JV is completed would've had the best results.....2 PR's and multiple social media posts about an undone deal is nothing.....IMHO, I think the PR's have been pointless lately, since they pretty much spell it out on FB before it's official.....ADCS is a good co, but could handle PR's better.
