The company offered to provide the SAT and/or SAIC (think it was both but don't remember now) to investors who requested it at a time in the past.
I was the only one who requested to have it. They refused because it would cost too much money to get it for just one person, lawyer costs and whatever Chad mentioned.
I got some other document instead, don't remember what it was now.
