There are two aspects to the release - content and style/professionalism.

The content was detailed and well organized.

The style and professionalism certainly mitigated the concerns that I have here (and with any other company that goes public through a reverse merger) about whether they truly intend to act like a public company and are ready to do so. The vast majority of companies that go public this way fall short in this regard.

FROZ/APT is different.
