Their 10-q deserves a read. I'm not even sure how much debt "endo" is carrying. But the other ticker closely affiliated with this one with some of the same players running it reported over $92 million in debt in their last 10-q. They are interesting reading but I don't see very much legitimacy anywhere around these companies. It is simply impossible to take confidence men with their gutted shell companies and expect them to become legitimate businesses. The structure and debt of their gutted shell companies will not allow it, even if the "CEOs" suddenly decided to change careers and become honest businessmen.
