Nonsense. There has yet to be a single shred of evidence of a single lie.

The fact that Kaplanis and Esley are listed first as the "proof" of any lies is laughable. Elsley, for example, had a multi-page thrashing from a court in Canada for her lies that the Judge himself accused her of before throwing out one of her cases. The Judge was in a rage.

Despite what "one" of the services Bespoke offers is not evidence that Bespoke was hired for stock promotion. If they were hired for such, where is the evidence that they performed any stock promotion anywhere? Is there a website somewhere that I missed with them promoting JBII?

Most SEC "friendly" settlements include the language "without admitting or denying." The OSC settlement took it a step further -- John flat out denied yet. Yet the OSC settlement was touted as some sort of "proof" that forbids JBII from filing a 10K even. LOL how so? The settlement is zero proof of anything whatsoever since the OSC explicitly accepted John's denial.

And, sorry, forward-looking forecasts don't count.

So let's review:
* Kapplanis' lawsuit as proof of a lie? LOL a shitcanned employee. Wrong.
* Elsley's lawsuit as proof of a lie? LOL a shitcanned ex-girlfriend who has already been scolded her dozens of lies by a Judge. Wrong.
* OSC settlement as proof of a lie? LOL there are allegations that John has denied and the OSC accepted his denial and withdrew its allegations against JBII. Perhaps the OSC originally relied on false testimony from the nutbag Elsely.
