Goat,

I saw what you asked and Meridian's reply, but I thought it a bit much that we wouldn't have to pay our share of expenses after drilling and production facilities have been established...i.e. transportation, etc. In fact I figured we would have to share in the expense of production facilities also. But then Meridian is much better versed than I. Can't believe he didn't understand the question. Oh well.
