No, I do not agree with the statement. If in negotiations they agreed to continue the pilot stores program while they continued to negotiate there would be no reason to take it off the shelves. Doesn't mean it is a go. See no reason why they would have to say anything publically. BUT, I, like you, and many here, will certainly feel relieved to see it still on the shelves Friday news or no news.
