Nobody beats our share structure here in this whole industry. I have to laugh at the Wolf of Weed Street who bought and pushed all kinds of ridiculous share outstanding issues onto himself as well as his followers. I believe he meant well, but quite frankly when the market turns south in the sector huge outstanding shares allways means huge losses. Losses that usually are never to be erased again in those said issues. Everything is about share structure first and foremost than quality of management's execution comes next.
