In year 6 it could be as high as 6.25%, depending on the interest rate it's tied to, usually the 1-yr T bill.
In year 7 it could be as high as 8.25%.
In year 8 it could be as high as 10.25%, and theoretically it could remain at 10.25% for the remaining 22 years.
