Well, I do not believe for one second that a company spent more than 12 millions shares of its stock to purchase a company without check all the details , so please do not fabricate your story. You still did not answer my question why DFMI look to merge DFI, and what DFMI will gain ? You said that because DFI can not issue coperation shares while DFMI can , for what ? to pay ISI 5% shares of the company, then for what ? for the license, but you said that DFI never own the license or technology, whatever you said . You just contradicated against your self
