So since the 1-5 reverse split, it was at $10. In order to attract investors and volume for their capital raise they discounted the stock 60% (gave away long term shareholder equity). Now it's stuck in the mud at $4 and volume is non existent and they have up listed as well.

When it finally gets back to $10 (which could be a long time if ever) shareholders who have held long and supported the company will only be back to where they were before the reverse split. New shareholders will be happy however. This is not the way I or many seasoned business people would have done it.
