since we can only speculate at this point, I would speculate they probably have a candidate lined up, since they indicated 2 years ago in the last 10Q filing (Sept. 30, 2012) that they were looking for a reverse merger candidate, went dormant, and now suddenly get reinstated by a dealmaker of the year... I 'm sure he has no shortage of candidates to suggest.
